Psychological Safety in the Workplace

In collaboration with Adam Bellman from Bellman Legal, we recently presented at a business networking dinner run by the Cobden Business Network.

We were asked to provide an update on the future changes in legislation as they relate to psychological safety in the workplace. We also covered what psychological hazards are, the benefits of creating a psychological safe workplace and how employers can start to plan for the changes in WorkSafe requirements.
